Happy Fathers Day to all the Dads!

Well we had a very very busy weekend! Nanny Benson came over and watched Ellie Friday while Momma went to a lunch and wedding rehearsal. Ellie spent the day with Daddy Saturday and Daddy got her ready and brought her to the wedding. She was pooped lastnight from her day. It was very hot yesterday! She went to MawMaw and PawPaw's after the wedding to rest while Momma and Daddy went to the races with Auntie B and Uncle JJ. Now today me and Ellie are hanging out at my Dad's then my Mom's house. Ellie got in the pool a few minutes ago and she did not like the baby raft they got her. She thinks she doesn't need a raft. I can't wait till she can start swim lessons this winter! John and I are getting a pool next summer! It's going to be alot of fun! Daddy is going to Michigan today with his friends to watch a wrestling ppv....go figure right :) It was part of his Fathers Day and Birthday gift!

New Addition to the Family!!!

Well I picked up Holland Hank Benson today. Duke and Lola don't like him very well. They will adjust though. Wayne and Garth love him. I think because he's little like them.

Ellie's doing sooo good. She is growing so quickly. She's cooing and babbling like crazy! She's starting to be able to hold her bottle on her own. She should roll over anyday now. I swear she wants to walk away sometimes too. I think she will start everything early. She just seems like such an itelligent baby. She loves to watch whats going on around her. She likes to be held facing forward so she can watch everything. :) She got her 3 month pictures taken yesterday. I need put them on here. I scanned them at home but we don't have internet yet. I will try to get them on here as soon as I can. They are adorable. She is sooo photogenic. She loves having her pictures taken!

I am the matron of honor in two weddings the next two Saturdays so we are going to be pretty busy. John's birthday is tomorrow too. He's going to Michigan Sunday night for a wrestling ppv with all his guy friends! We have been getting bee hives in a tree in the yard.

So we now have a bee keeper. His name is Joe and he's the sweetest old man. He collects bees and makes honey. He has been over twice to get the hives. I put pictures of the second hive on here but the first hive was huge! Probably as long as a football and as wide and a basketball!

Ellie's 1st SWIM!!!!!

Well things have seemed to slow down for us some. We have all of our stuff moved! Yay! We are just ready to get everything done at the house. The list seems to keep getting longer by the day :). John and I are up for the challenge though. We are having a contractor come to the house tomorrow to get an estimate on things we want done. We are very excited! Ellie has been spending alot of time outside and she LOVES it! She really likes watching her kittens Wayne and Garth. They like to put a show on for her. It's really funny! We will be getting our new chocolate lab puppy Holland next Thursday just in time for Daddies birthday which is next Friday! Holland is mainly going to be an outside dog. We are pretty excited to have a big dog! We are celebrating Uncle Luggie's birthday tonight at my Dad's and Ellie's gonna get in the pool for the first time! I will post some pics. later on!
