HAPPY 6 MONTH BIRTHDAY TO EL RAYE!!!
Ellie went to the Dr.'s office today for her 6 month check up. It's crazy to believe our baby girl is already 6 months old. She is half way to being a 1 year old!!!! She was 17lbs. 2oz. in the 70th percentile. 26.5in. long in the 95th percentile. Her head circumference was in the 95th percentile as well. She is doing perfect the Dr. said. She is also ahead still developmentally.
She officially has 2 teeth you can see well. She will bite herself and cry. It's funny!
She's sitting up very well on her own. She doesn't need any help at all. She loves to sit on the floor and play with her toys. I figure any day she will crawl. She seems to want to walk as well. I honestly think she will walk before she crawls. She is sooo attentive and alert!
She's doing great with eating too. So far I have introduced Rice, Oatmeal & Oatmeal Banana cereal. She has had banana and sweet potato baby food. I plan on introducing a new fruit or vegetable Friday.
She is doing good with daycare also. She only goes on Fridays. They really love her at daycare. They tell John everyday when he goes to pick her up they want her to stay longer :)
